Mgr Eliza Grządkowska

Mgr Eliza Grządkowska - specialist in rehabilitation.

Mgr Eliza Grządkowska graduated from the Józef Piłsudski Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw. She gained her professional experience while working in many state-owned and private facilities related to rehabilitation. The knowledge and skills are constantly improved during trainings in orthopedics, manual therapy and diagnostics. As a part of student exchange program Mgr Eliza Grządkowska had an opportunity to cooperate with the Czech Charles University in Prague which was an invaluable experience on her professional development path. She had the chance to learn different approach on her respective field and learn new methods of physiotherapy. She specializes in manual therapy using the Kaltenborn-Evjenth method, Fascial Distortion Model (FDM).

In shoulder joint damage she performs a physical examination and physiotherapy.

In our clinic Mgr Eliza Grządkowska also helps our patients select and assemble orthopedic inserts.

Privately, she is interested in healthy lifestyle and physical activity to which she also encourages her patients.
